The Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnjačka Banja has released the Report on the tourism stakeholder innovation network structure in Vrnjačka Banja. This report serves as a foundation for developing a collaborative innovation network. It was created within the framework of the “Empowering Open Innovation Tourism Networks” project, supported by the International Visegrad Fund. The project aims to enhance the overall quality of tourism in Vrnjačka Banja by boosting the innovation capabilities of all network participants. Drawing on a comprehensive analysis of key indicators within the current stakeholder innovation network, the report outlines potential strategies for improving the network’s cohesion and activity.
Report on best practice in innovation-based collaboration in the Visegrad region
The Report showcases examples of collaborative innovation in tourism across three distinct destinations – a city, a lake, and a mountain – in the Visegrad region. It was developed by researchers from the Krakow University of Economics, the University of Pannonia, and the University of Liberec. Highlighting best practices in innovation-driven collaboration among tourism stakeholders, the Report provides frameworks for building innovation-focused collaborative networks in tourism destinations. It also addresses existing challenges of such networks and proposes strategies to tackle them.
