How it works
1. Publish a problem
The solution seeker (hotel, restaurant, agency, etc.) describes the problem, deadline and indicative budget. The problem appears on the list of open challenges.
2. Expressions of interest arrive
Solution providers (students, teams, innovation centers) send short applications describing their approach and experience – without disclosing the entire solution.
3. Selecting a provider + success fee
The seeker selects one provider, pays a symbolic success fee to the faculty, and then contact details are unlocked for direct collaboration.
4. Solution and future reuse
The problem is marked as solved, and in the next phase, completed solutions can be offered to other organizations through a marketplace, with revenue for the provider and a commission for the faculty.
