Platform terms of use

These terms regulate the use of the platform for connecting seekers and providers of innovative solutions in tourism and hospitality.

1. User roles

The platform includes the following basic user roles:

• Solution seekers – legal or natural persons who publish problems and seek solutions.
• Solution providers – legal or natural persons who propose and create solutions.
• Administrator – authorised faculty personnel who manage the platform.

2. Registration and data accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of data entered during registration and use. The platform and the faculty are not liable for damages caused by incorrect or outdated data entered by users.

3. Problem publishing

Solution seekers are responsible for the content of published problems, including:

• problem description,
• deadlines,
• budget information (if provided).

It is forbidden to publish content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.

4. Expressions of interest

At the expression of interest stage, solution providers give a general description of their approach without revealing the entire solution. Providers retain rights to their ideas unless otherwise defined by contract.

5. Success fee and payments

When a solution seeker selects a provider, they are obliged to pay a success fee to the faculty according to the current terms and price list. Payment instructions are shown on the platform, while invoices are issued via the e-invoice system.

6. Responsibility for contracts and implementation

The platform acts as an intermediary and does not participate in drafting contracts between seekers and providers. All obligations regarding:

• solution development,
• payment of fees,
• deadlines and quality of delivery,
• transfer of usage or intellectual property rights

are regulated directly by contract between the solution seeker and provider.

8. Amendments to the terms of use

The faculty reserves the right to periodically update these terms. Updated versions will be published on this page, with the date of the last revision.
