As a result of the activities carried out within the \u201cEmpowering Open Innovation Tourism Networks\u201d project, the collaborative innovation network in Vrnja\u010dka Banja has undergone positive structural and organisational changes. Key project activities \u2013 including knowledge exchange on best practices from innovative tourism networks in the Visegrad region, the organisation of a hackathon at the Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnja\u010dka Banja, a series of stakeholder engagement meetings, and the launch of an open innovation platform \u2013 have strengthened collaboration among tourism stakeholders in Vrnja\u010dka Banja, expanded the network, and fostered a more open, participatory innovation ecosystem.<\/p>

By comparing the current network structure with the baseline assessment carried out at the start of the project, this report traces the evolution of stakeholder relationships in relation to innovation collaboration. The findings indicate a shift from a relatively centralised, institution-driven network to a more cohesive, resilient, and distributed innovation ecosystem. Building on these findings, the report presents updated recommendations for further strengthening the collaborative innovation network in Vrnja\u010dka Banja.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
