The Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnja\u010dka Banja has released the Report on the tourism stakeholder innovation network structure in Vrnja\u010dka Banja. This report serves as a foundation for developing a collaborative innovation network. It was created within the framework of the “Empowering Open Innovation Tourism Networks” project, supported by the International Visegrad Fund. The project aims to enhance the overall quality of tourism in Vrnja\u010dka Banja by boosting the innovation capabilities of all network participants. Drawing on a comprehensive analysis of key indicators within the current stakeholder innovation network, the report outlines potential strategies for improving the network’s cohesion and activity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a result of the activities carried out within the \u201cEmpowering Open Innovation Tourism Networks\u201d project, the collaborative innovation network in Vrnja\u010dka Banja has undergone positive structural and organisational changes. Key project activities \u2013 including knowledge exchange on best practices from innovative tourism networks in the Visegrad region, the organisation of a hackathon at the Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnja\u010dka Banja, a series of stakeholder engagement meetings, and the launch of an open innovation platform \u2013 have strengthened collaboration among tourism stakeholders in Vrnja\u010dka Banja, expanded the network, and fostered a more open, participatory innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n

By comparing the current network structure with the baseline assessment carried out at the start of the project, this report traces the evolution of stakeholder relationships in relation to innovation collaboration. The findings indicate a shift from a relatively centralised, institution-driven network to a more cohesive, resilient, and distributed innovation ecosystem. Building on these findings, the report presents updated recommendations for further strengthening the collaborative innovation network in Vrnja\u010dka Banja.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
